- One 2-hour initial prenatal visit
- Two 90-minute prenatal visits
- Continuous support for labor, birth and the first hour postpartum
- Unlimited phone, text and email support from time of hire through 6 weeks postpartum
- One 2-hour postpartum visit
- One 60-minute postpartum followup visit

Postpartum Care Package
- One 2-hour prenatal visit
- One 60-minute prenatal visit
- Three 2-hour postpartum visits in the first week
- Two 2-hour postpartum visits in the second week
- One 90-minute visit in the third and fourth weeks (two visits total)
- One 60-minute visit in the eight week
- One 60-minute visit at three months
- One 60-minute visit around 6 months postpartum or your return to fertility (we will determine the best timing during your care)
- Unlimited phone, text and email support for postpartum concerns from the time of hire through 6 months postpartum

- One Reiki session
- Continuous support for labor, birth and the first hour postpartum
- Unlimited phone, text and email support from time of hire through 6 months postpartum
- Three 2-hour postpartum visits in the first week
- Two 2-hour postpartum visits in the second week
- One 90-minute visit in the third and fourth weeks (two visits total)
- One 60-minute visit in the eight week
